30 Shoes In 30 Days

Workout: 45 Minute Run

Beginning tomorrow I will be starting a blog project called 30 Shoes In 30 Days.  The purpose of this project is to learn what shoes runners are wearing, their reasoning behind choosing the shoe, and key features of each shoe.  I will be choosing one individual from my track team each day.  I will discuss their shoe choice and report my findings back to this blog in hopes of helping runners out there decide what shoe fits their style the best.  I hope that you will join me in looking at 30 Shoes in 30 Days!
